Payments, Refund & After Sales Support

In either of the two cases, we only process the order strictly after payment. Under no circumstances does Insights 10 permit a balance in payment for the order. At the same time, after making the payment, it takes a minimum of 3-5 days for us to process the order. In line with industry practice, all sales are final and payments once made are non-refundable, owing to the nature of our business, where a report essentially constitutes a transfer of our knowledge & understanding of the market. With this in mind, we provide comprehensive post-sales support to our clients, which includes a call time with our analysts to address any queries about the report.
